Fixing up Around Here

Isn't this a lovely picture?

Never use powdered  or harsh cleaner on your bathtub.

That is what ruined the finish here.

Nothing would clean this - the finish was ruined.

 

 

Bathman came to our house and solved the problem.

 

Ta-da!

Now everything else looks dingy, but it's not.

The tub is just super white!

This one tub/shower was used by our 5 children for so many years.

Now it's ready for them to come back and use it again!

So come!  Guests too!

 

New deck boards

Now they just need to be stained.

He's already done the spindles.

Ron is sooooooooooooo handy and he has an incredible work ethic!!!!!

 

Jacking up the porch

What Ron found was tunnels from chipmunks.

They had rerouted the water from our riverbed and the water was pouring under

 the porch causing it to sink.  He is still in the repair stages for this. 

Here he is using a 5 ton jack to make the porch level.

We still have plenty more to do around here so there are more pics to come.

I've been cleaning all the carpets, scrubbing tile grout on the bathroom floors, making a new bed skirt for the guest room, weeding in the yard, planting more flowers.

 

And there is a good reason why...
