Yeserie! This makes me SMILE!
Ron was taking the picture, Michael was socialing
and Juston of course is on his mission.
Otherwise, this is the Cheney Clan!
Glad the bars didn't break!
Ron and I had a scheduled flight to Utah
but I ended up flying out 4 days early to attend
Uncle Dix's funeral.
Richard Harman Magleby passed away in his sleep
October 10, 2012 in American Fork, Utah - age 83.
He was a seminary teacher and a stake patriarch for 10 years.
It was a pleasure to celebrate his life and
visit with Aunt Colleen and see my 12 cousins!
I only have 2 uncles and they are both in heaven now!
Here are our 5 grandchildren in order of age
dressed up for an early Halloween get together!
Kingsley the polar bear
I crocheted this hat for him at Lorie's request
and surprisingly he kept it on!
Tyler, as Russell the wilderness explorer from UP.
He was so cute but he does not like to dress up.
That's why they made him an outfit that didn't seem like a costume.
But as soon as they put the sash on him, it was over! Ha!
Audrie as Snow White
She was asleep for most of the celebration
but very happy when she awoke.
Maybe it was a kiss that awakened her!
Carter as Spiderman
Love those blue eyes!
He's pretty shy when it comes to pictures
so I'm glad he cooperated!
Ashlyn as a fairy
minus the wings.
It was all she could do to stop for a picture
in the middle of her dancing.
Here are 5 more pics of these
precious GRANDCHILDREN!
Kingsley was trying Carter's scooter for the very first time
and he did a great job... of walking it!
No matter what we did, he did not want to stand on it.
Tyler at his ward Fall Festival.
He spent a long time on this truck bed with the pumpkins.
He's going to be a big brother in March!
Audrie would swing and swing and swing.
She has the cutest laugh and the sweetest disposition!
Carter actually allowing me to take a picture of him!
He and I played lots of games together!
Ashlyn can swing very high all by herself.
She doesn't need grandma to push her anymore.
She goes to Kindergarten now. She and I like to read together!
We celebrated Michael's 24th birthday
It's the first time we've been with him on his birthday since he was 18th years old!
This actually took place the day before his birthday in order to
accommodate everyone's schedule.
After dinner we asked him to entertain us.
We would shout out a song and he would play it.
It was GREAT fun and as usual, he did fantastic!
Here's the whole gang, excluding Juston
The familes are grouped together in this pic.
Sandy and Paul Wilding took time out of their very busy schedules
and joined us for the celebration.
On the morning of his actual birthday
he was greeted with cream cheese braid, as requested.
Of course, we all had to help him eat it!
Birthday dinner at a local restaurant.
It was a GREAT trip!
Let's do it again!
