We named her Karon - for Karie and Ron
She has brought us incredible joy.
We love you so much Karon!
She was born in Utah. 3 months old
This child had the luxury of cloth diapers (ha) and she loved to play in the basket while I folded them! Here she is at 8 months old.
She was finally getting some hair by the time she turned 2!
She and her daddy would play and play!
On one lucky occasion both Grandma's were visiting!

This 3-some are now all married and living within 15 minutes of each other. HAPPY DAY!
Her first bike, age 4. We had just moved to Georgia.
In our family she was the first to do just about everything. However, when Bryon started Cub Scouts, that was something she had never experienced and she got involved with him - it was hilarious!

1st day of 8th grade, ready and prepared, very diligent in her studies.
8th grade orchestra concert. She played the violin from 6th grade to 10th grade in school.
Plus she plays the piano beautifully.
Quite the roller-skater - maybe some scars to prove it too (hence, the pads)!
This girl loves visiting Nauvoo.
It's also where they spent their honeymoon!

Karon bought her very own car, a used Corolla... and she still has it! What a deal!

And then she married her best friend!
In 2006 sweet baby Ashlyn was born!
In 2008 precious baby Carter was born!
Karon just ran her first 1/2 marathon in 2009!

It was very enjoyable searching the photos with Karie to find pics to put here. We have some great memories. I wish we had a video of you at age 2 when you asked me to get you a glass of water while we were eating ice cream. While I was going for the water you were reaching for my bowl of ice cream. You were always a quick study.
